This page is dedicated to clients or potential clients who are seeking financial assistance in spaying or neutering their pets through the Outer Banks S.P.C.A. Voucher Program. This DOES NOT include the P.O.P.C.O.R.N. program. For information on enrolling in that program, you will need to speak to the Outer Banks S.P.C.A. by calling (252) 475.5620.

◊     Limit 2 pets per pet owner every 3 years.

◊     This voucher program is ONLY for healthy dogs and cats 7 years of age or under.  If your pet is over 7 years of age, they do not qualify for this program through our hospital!

◊     You must make a previous appointment through our office before you will be approved for a pre-surgical medical assessment ($15) for ALL pets that are to be neutered or spayed through this voucher program.

◊     If you miss your appointment, you will be required to make a non-refundable $50 deposit to be able to reschedule with our hospital.  If you miss that appointment, you will need to seek assistance elsewhere.  We are giving you a surgery at a HEAVILY discounted price to benefit the community and those with financial difficulties. Please do not waste our time!
